okay friends. life feels a mess. help me out here please i don't like where i'm at.

my days off work are thursdays and fridays so these two days are key to doing well for the rest of the week. today is thursday and here are the things i want to do:

>feed/medicate dogs
>shower/other self-care stuff (skincare, shaving, etc.)
>clean lots
>prepare healthy foods
>eat healthy foods
>do some cardio hopefully maybe idk
>read books

guess that's everything? this is totally doable, right? i've been sick and still am and have been having a rough time lately. trying to be positive but some days it's really hard.

anyway let's do this! gotta work hard to get better :)
