Don't use the tip of your tongue, use the flat part in the middle. Try gentle side-to-side movements across the sensitive spot (which is roughly under the frenulum, but is in slightly different places on different guys - mine is off to the left a bit, for example - and also moves around a little depending on how hard the cock is).
When you're moving the cock in and out of your mouth, let it slide all the way along your tongue (the underside of the shaft is also quite sensitive) and keep going with gentle side-to-side movements as you do it.
You may have to experiment a bit to see how the guy likes it - ask for feedback - but women more often go too fast and too hard than the other way round - stroke with your tongue rather than flicking.
Some guys like having the tongue pressed against the urethra too, but I find that uncomfortable.
