I feel like in those situations don't lie but just dodge the question. I'm pretty sure no girl would be happy hearing that she's the third girl you've taken out this week so just omit that information. Like flip the roles, if she tells you she's seeing two other guys how would you feel about that?

As a general rule for stuff like that answer vaguely and feel it out if she wants to know more
