>>4275358I partially agree. I really like most of Josh's projects, especially QOTSA, but to me his influence on Alex and the rest of the band only did them a disservice. They've never been convincing at the whole 70s-inspired rock thing, in my opinion. I'd take their first two albums over the ones you named any day, and AM specifically is just so fucking toothless. But hopefully TrBH&C represents a new horizon for them, that's Arctic Monkeys at their best. They actually sound mature and confident and not like tryhards.
