No. Regulations are dumb.
Trump is already making regulations great again by pushing against obama era junk mpg standards.>>19567758
Manual everything doesn't make anything harder, but it does make everything more reliable.
No one wants a truck they need to have serviced with computers every other week.
If my truck dies on the road, I want to be able to stick her in gear and crank her to move her.
I don't want to have to call a tow truck because my computer controller locking differential sensor malfunctioned and now my shift into drive is denied.
Trucks are about doing what needs doing despite what's going wrong.>>19567765
Oh boy, you've never driven a manual truck if you honestly think this. I would under no circumstance own an automatic truck or SUV ever.
I've had a 01 GMC 2500 in manual and a 97 Dodge 3500 diesel in manual. My dad has an 04 Ram 3500 diesel in automatic and it's soul sucking to drive that piece of shit. The cummins with a stick is a fucking joy and a jewel.
And SUVs in stick are fucking glorious. I've had a Raider, Samurai, and a YJ all in stick. And they're dank. I drove a buddies automatic yj and it was such an awful experience. A manual makes a car responsive. A manual makes a car tight. A manual makes driving driving.
Pushing down on a pedal hoping the computer and slush will react is fucking junk.
