My complaint about the FR-S/BRZ was never that it was too slow. Though their excuses for not giving it more power is stupid, and I'm glad Mazda corrected their same mistake. The MX-5 is perfect now, and the FR-S is not.
It's that it wasn't tested and refined enough.
It reminds me of those shitty kickstarter games where the feature list sounds great, and they DO deliver those features, but they forgot to actually make the game fun nor engaging. All they did is tick the boxes.
I hear it got a shitload better since the refresh, but it shouldn't have been that poor to begin with. And it's still not good enough.>>19983601
