rear axle is honestly really easy i just measured the distance between perches on the old axle, then measured the distance between flanges on the new axle and subtracted the old axle perch width from the new axle width and divided it by two then made that the distance from pin to pin and set the pinion angle at ride height then aim it down 1-2 degrees and weld it
bigger problem i just ran into is i fucking hit the god damn yoke with a grinder in 3 spots when i was doing a hack n tap slip yoke eliminator now i gotta fix this fucking shit because the gouges are right where the god damn seal rides on the yoke
hopefully tig weld and filing and sand paper will fix it >>25974431>Just stole a road sign to make a skid plate. :^)
sigma as fuck>>25974439>What do you think a factory '92 xj dana 30 axle with 4:10s is worth?
dana 30 kinda weak axle i think this one was slightly bent and about to explode because it was making horrible grinding noises
im sure you can find someone to buy it but don't expect anything more than like 100 bucks
i would buy it if it were a front, i need to regear my front now
