So ultimately you don't even value human life (mine, for example - you're happy to see me die because I happen to disagree with you on this). Ultimately it's only about your love of state violence, perhaps some need to obtain a sense of masculinity vicariously, through the power of the state.
In reality - if someone is being stabbed - the police know they have a right AND OBLIGATION to take action, including shooting. The problem is that cops often shoot BEFORE someone is being stabbed. In this case in the CBD - they were waiting for backup, in order to avoid using deadly force - against a man who was at that stage on his own and not a direct threat to anyone.>poor victim of society
There are many people who have mental illnesses and can end up acting like this. As an example, the man who ran down a bunch of people in the CBD - Dimitrious Gargasoula, had a history of mental illness, was raised by a single mother, had an addiction to drugs, etc. It's hard not to say that society played some role in his upbringing. At one stage he had been an innocent little child, was he not? So what caused him to be like that. As tragic as the deaths he caused were - it's not a terrible thing that he's still alive.
