Hey /sp/. In judo tonight my partner incorrectly executed a technique on the ground we were practicing and bent me into the ground at my neck, causing it to crack several times at once under my body weight and his own force. I was honestly was afraid I might die.

I have been icing it since I got home. My range of motion isn't too good and I'm in a lot of pain. Any similar sports injuries you have some home remedies for? Hopefully I'm not taken out of the game for more than a few days but I fear it could be a sprain.
