The return of the top two divisions of English football following the international break commences with a Black Country derby between two sides at either end of the Championship table.
Garry Monk's Blues (who seemingly are on TV every bloody Friday) have still not won a game yet in the division this season, with their fourth draw from just six matches coming against QPR on 1st September. Darren Moore's Baggies on the other hand are just 1 point outside the playoffs following their 2-1 win over fellow relegated side Stoke that same day. A Brum victory would see them rise to 15th while a Brom win would put them 3rd.
Kick-off at 7:45pm UK time with coverage from 7:00pm on Sky Sports Football.
Bankruptcy City: Camp; Pedersen, Morrison (c), Dean, Colin; G. Gardner, Kieftenbeld; Jota, Maghoma, Jutkiewicz; Adams.
>Subs: Trueman, Roberts, Harding, Lakin, Mahoney, Solomon-Otabor, Bogle.
West Boiler Albion: Johnstone; Dawson, Hegazi, Bartley; Phillips, Brunt (c), Livermore, Townsend; Barnes; Gayle, Rodriguez.
>Subs: Myhill, Adarabioyo, Gibbs, Barry, Edwards, Robson-Kanu, Burke.
Gary monk is a insufferable cunt. Hopefully he sends them down
>Its the "we hate villa more than you" derby Odd that its on a Friday night though
>paul robinson as a studio pundit he's an utter thug
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/09/07/exclusive-birmingham-facing-12-point-deduction-breaking-efl/ >Birmingham City are facing the prospect of being hit with a huge 12-point deduction for breaking rules on spending, in a landmark case for the English Football League.

Aren't Bolton going to get hit with a deduction too?
Nah they staved it off for a bit.

I know the fucking state of them.
What the crud is this west brom kit?
Its a throwback to one of their old kits. I just think its Norwich tbqh
>>87522580 >we expected Birmingham v WBA >we got Ipswich v Norwich
I did see something on twitter about an organised singalong, but thought it was just a ruse at the time.
2nd cringiest football tweet I've seen today
What's the 1st? :))))
Forest 'live' tweeting a match against Liverpool from 40 years ago when they won the european cup
Absolute state of Dwight Gayle
did no one tell them that doesn't even count as live tweeting
Probably not, they are always living in the past so not like any of their fans noticed any different
I feel like Dwight Gayle is a young up and coming player but it turns out he'll be 28 next month.
Birmingham is a shithole lol

>1-0 to the shit Wait they’re both shit I should be more specific. >1-0 to Blues Which if I put aside my utter contempt for them is probably alright .... And penalty awarded as I type
shambolic goal keeping
West Brom collapse
I thought WBA were gonna walk it this season
Do they serve pork at Birmingham games?
State of that penalty.
Did you think Sunderland would walk last season too?
>>87522820 >Small Heath
Haram penalty attempt
propah footy this
>>87522820 >Already thinking about a hot dog >Amerifat flag
No I thought Boro would. Not enough to put money on it though
Footie on laptop, tennis on tv. Peak comfy

Baggies are probably going to be competition for promotion this season. Blues won’t be, so keeping that in mind I’m probably better of rooting for Birmingham here.
I don’t like it though, feels dirty.
S H A M B O L I C defending
Neither of these teams can defend
Great news for us
That's what makes non-league football fun
Shit goals are better than no goals I guess
What about Championship football?
Top Midlands cities
1. Lester 2. Cov 3. Notts . . . 49. Brum
Mate all the midlands cities are utter shite, the small towns in the country and on the outskirts are where it's at.
Stoke wishes it was as high as 49th
Leicester is nice.
Cheltenham Worcester, Bromsgrove and Solihull are all quite nice.
Watch Birmingham steal all 3 points now
Maybe it's because I've watched 8 hours of tennis today but this match seems to have flown by
