The only good ones - basic Intercessors - are too similar to each other, too repetitive.
Their helmets are insanely shit
The way they were introduced into the setting was abysmal
Their vehicles look too advanced for Imperium and lack that cool jank and brutalism
Their introduction fucked over established Chapter organization
Their units are too specialized
Sprues are designed in a way that makes kitbashing harder
They weren't needed. All that GW had to do was to make new tacticals with abdomen and longer legs
