It seems more likely that the whole thing is bullshit that's got nothing to do with what happened in the books.
According to Tolkien, they met in Doriath early in the First Age, married, and moved to Beriland where they lived for the rest of the First Age. In the Second Age, they moved to Eriador, where they had a daughter, early in the Second Age, who would go on to marry Elrond. They then moved on to rule Eregion, under Gil-Galad. We know a lot about where they were, just not day to day plot elements, as they weren't key players in any lore happening. Galadriel didn't become important until she formed and lead the White Council, AFTER Sauron was killed by Gil-Galad and Elendil.
All established lore. Galadriel was not a key lore character until after the fall of Sauron. But, because there were no major female lore characters, the trannies and karens at Amazon have perverted the lore to fit a woke agenda where "YAS QUEEEAYNE!" is more important than being accurate to established lore by an author who's grocery lists were better written and crafted than these Amazon clown shoes hacks.
