sup /x/, this board is as close to spirituality as it gets on 4chan

So I read a book about Tao Yoga and started practicing 3 days ago. I already opened the Small Heavenly Cycle also referred to as the Microcosmic Orbit. Opening the Orbit and thus opening the 13 chakras in my upper body and head was quite an experience I have to say.

So some of the more advanved things got me really curiorus. In this book the author refers to the Seven Formulas of the Seven Books of the Tao. Those being:

1) Fusion of the Five Elements
2) Lesser Enlightenment of Kan and Li
3) Greater Enlightenment of Kan and Li
4) Greatest Enlightenment of Kan and Li
5) Sealing of the Five Sense Organs
6) Congress of Heaven and Earth Immortality
7) Reunion of Heaven and Man. True Immortal Man.

Most of these stages are reserved for those who practice everyday for hours 30 years straight - and you can have a talent for this, so if you're dumb in that way you'll never reach those levels.
As I said I completed the Microcosmic Orbit in a day, this includes opening 13 chakras. On average however it takes a person 2 - 4 weeks to even feel anything in the first chakra, that is, the navel.

If there is any merit to this Tao Yoga Chi thing, shouldn't there be people who are True Immortal Men? The book says at that stage your white hair will become black again, and your skin and your organs will rejuvenate. Also the higher your level the less will you feel the need to eat, as you draw your energy from the sunlight.

Intuitively this all makes sense, kinda. Is it possible?
