im just having a hard time getting into understanding the universe so i tried to express to the universe or myself the fallibility of merely using your emotional and logical experience to find truth, by actively identifying as both Maitreya or the snake.
Maitreya was easy, as the spirit of the desire to bring joy, any Bodhisattva can feel his presence.
the snake was trickier
the snake was logic.
what reason could the snake have to trick the children of his lord.
to oppose him? what reason is that.
he is not a simple counter, he is not one to oppose without cause.
it could hardly be called a trick.
a trick is to obscure the truth, to make someone think you are doing good when you are not.
they could not be tricked, as they had no sense of good or wrong.
he wanted to show them.
he wanted to let them see the good that their lord had created.
and they saw themselves as evil.
a pure creation of god, given true sight of itself.
and it believes itself to be evil.
it believes its very form to be of sin.
the form given to it by the lord
one some continue to call most high.
