Please don't be stupid. Anyone with a little knowledge about rocks can distinguish between mineralized wood or plutonic rocks. It's easy.
I'd really like to encourage you to think a little bit more, before making assumptions. Just because it has roughly the same shape, doesn't mean it is of the same origin.
Again, there are fundamental differences between tecture, structure, and minarals present in rocks, depending on thier origin. A small sample of these mountains and a quick look with a magnifying glass would be enough to determine that they are of plutonic origin, ifbit was wood, it would look completely different at a microscopic scale.
And consider other things: where would the rest of these huge trees be?
Would the environment allow for fossilisation? Organic material can only turn into rock under very specific circumstances.
Look INTO things, not AT things. Use your brain.
