Yo, those are some things I never even asked myself before. Good questions.
Honestly from my impression (or what I was told most often by people who claimed to be vampires) is that vampires aren't too different from humans. Allegedly.
They still eat and drink here and there.
They still go out at day time and the sun doesn't burn them alive.
They still have desires to socialize, do normal things and get laid.
Sometimes need to consume blood and don't age. Possibly a bit faster and more sensitive than a human. It's like almost disappointingly normal.
But as usual, all of this could be disinfo or roleplay.
If that was true though they might just as warm as we are and not that much different.
