For example, in August he said that tantra fights against discrimination and the caste system, which is only partly correct because
1) Kalacakra tantra writes openly about a war against Muslim infidels (tajika turuSka ca) (Kalachakra verse 154)
2) Abhinavagupta's system is obviously a project aimed at the highly educated brahmin caste both by design (philosophical exegesis) and aim (liberation instead of alleviating the suffering of existence that was the priority for everyone below the kshatriya caste) (Although Ape likes at this point to say that “Gordon White isn’t THE source”, it’s obvious to anyone with some semblance of brain in the head that the highly philosophical system - which required literacy and education - wasn’t something written by a peasant for peasants, who were the majority of the population at that time - another proof of how smart Ape actually is)
3) The suspension of caste system functioned only within the ritual space. At all other times everyone acted their proper part. (Literally every introductory book about medieval Hindu society).
4) Not all Hindu tantric sects were egalitarian
a)See Nepal and the Karmacarya and Rajopadhyaya brahmins, a hereditary high caste who seized the means of tantric initiation (Gordon White. Kiss Of The Yogini. A book that Ape mentions a lot but, apparently, hasn’t read)
b) See Pasupata, an Hindu Tanric Shaivite sect that “still offered a celibate challenge to the missionary Buddhists and supported Brahmanical traditions of caste and the subordination of women” (Davidson. Indian Esoteric Budddhism, p. 186. ) (By the way, Ape posted his comment about tantric egalitarianism one thread before he uploaded Davidson into his library, which means that he didn’t read the book)
And this is only one (1) point.
After this, do you think that on everything else he’s 100% thruthful correct? Or that he’s actually smart and not some small time pencil pusher LARPING past his abilities and grade?
