I had to back off for a couple days because the stomach pain, queasiness and general ill feelings got to be too much. I was literally pleading it off as a hangover to the overly curious! *yea I am surrounded by enemies*

To add, I've been on protocol (the OG) since early June 2022, it was maintenance that really kicked my ass...ha. As noted by others.
One thing though...and this is pretty great - I have had 2 'textbook' periods by which I mean a nice normal length of 5 days, a manageable flow as the textbooks say it should be and a light-negligible level of cramps/pain. Which is huge for me as I have had these kind of issues my whole life.

Today I bumped into my Vietnamese neighbour who is always friendly but brief, yet today he invited me into his garden and for some reason gave me a cutting off one of his herbs. If you ask me human instinct has always had a way of inserting yet hidden truths into our fiction. the first few weeks of the protocol i had a good amount of energy interspersed with a couple day or two long periods where i felt awful and expelled biofilms and parasite looking things. was a bit of a roller coaster but i mostly felt like i was making progress.

the last 4-5 days i seem to have lost the energy, i dont feel particularly bad just a bit grey, my energy just feels sapped. poops look normal besides a bit of candida looking bits. i introduced my methylated vitamins back in (usually pretty stimulating) and i still feel mostly the same. sleeping longer than usual. hoping this turns around soon.

Someone at the end of last thread linked that other thread with the secret society stuff and that reminds me of how part of that truth is even in Street Fighter (Look up everything related to Gill and you'll find parallels to a lot of stuff). The Secret Society that was going to take over everything was called the Illuminati before the name "mysteriously" changed by the time they were featured in the Udon comic adaption and "canonically" in the main games starting with Street Fighter 5. Gill is basically the antichrist. Genetically enginered, elite family, intelligence inherited from doctors and such, blonde hair (Nordic Aliens/Aryan ?) resurrection, seraphic wings of destruction and fire and ice powers and in one of his endings he "infects" the protagonist with whatever turns his skin red and blue and converts everyone to his religion and does some direct Moses and Jesus parallels while dressed like a Greek god. One of his starting battle quotes is "The mark of my dignity shall scar thy DNA" so this is getting pretty blatant.

His secretary is Kolin, a woman he gifted a copy of his ice powers to. She's from a cold European country(golly gee I wonder where). She probably is in love with him and definetly sees him as divine. She even carries around a holy book labeled Testament that looks suspiciously like an NIV Christian bible but is filled with Secret Society religious text.

Also within the same SF organization you have his violent and crazy (but still intelligent) younger brother Urien who has different elemental powers but creates a series of shapeshifting plant based organisms that may or may not be cyborgs evidenced from speaking almost exclusively in binary.

Then for the newest villain to join the ranks, Juri Han. She's the daughter of a lawyer who got killed for going after a different evil secret organization that started as a drug trafficking ring but was expanded to include military (pt 1)

as its arms trafficking is in full swing and it has infiltrated several national militaries (most notably, the US Air Force) to find the perfect opportunity to assassinate its leader. Those who were not kidnapped were genetically altered female clones of the male Dictator. She is unsuccessful in killing them but her later actions indirectly lead to the Dolls breaking their conditioning (the first cracks in the conditioning were made by Dhalsim, an Indian yogi blessed by the god Agni).

Eventually Juri runs into Dictator a few times and loses the fights with him every time. The last loss costs her the eye but she finds the beta version of it later as a replacement after S.I.N has literally exploded but the whole of Shadaloo had not yet. After replacing her eye, she gets contacted by Kolin (currently using the guise of Helena) to join with her to take down the main branch of Shadaloo (pt 2/?)

Dictator was enacting a scheme way too obvious for their liking (blocking out the sun with black moons to cause mass panic and give him the biggest boost to Psycho Power he could possibly get short of the Street Fighter gods) and so Kolin assembled a team of Juri, a Frankenstein'd US Air Force Vet that was killed by his own backup shooting him off a cliff next to a large waterfall during a fist fight with Dictator (Charlie Nash) and Rashid of the Turbulent Wind, a wealthy Saudi on the hunt for his programmer/hacker friend.

With funding from Urien backing them (and his science team implanting a gem in Nash that allowed him to absorb energy), the team ended up going on a mission that coincided with that of the main cast of Street Fighter and they sucessfuly took down the organization after Nash human bomb'd Dictator to weaken him enough for the main hero to finish off.

Juri is still listed as a member of the Secret Society officially or unofficially but recent gameplay of Street Fighter 6 displays an artshift due to using an engine designed for more realistic characters and a humongous focus on Juri's feet. Fighting game females are often designed with dev fetishes in mind and Street Fighter is the reason why the genre grew as it did and shares that part of design philosophy. Chun-li's big ol legs have story reasons that are decently thought out but in a meta sense it was confirmed in interviews that she was also made to satisfy her creator's leg fetishes. Cammy White was probably for butts, Karin Kanzuki is a Halfu Ojou counter part to Ken's Halfu American CEO, Sakura's the tomboy, Ibuki's boy crazy when not focused on a mission, Elena's taller than Chun and wears less as the her fictional Kenyan tribe wears next to nothing to battle, R. Kek nice write up. I recently finished Assassins Creed 2 and the ending took a strange turn.. The game revolves around intrigues of powerful families and Ezios want for revenge after his family got betrayed and hanged. Just finished watching the video. Again that's another version of the story of the Igigi's rebellion against the Annunaki and the Annunaki recreating the humans to replace them. Curiously an old carving in the region of the world their myth originates from has something that looks like a space suit that astronauts would wear. People speak of star seeds and other things too.

My biggest question is why Minerva, as the voice of the Annunaki wants people to avoid war. Back in the day, female cycles were in fact in tune with moon cycles. Hence all the ‘moon time’ imagery, and it being ok to get a little crazy around the time of the full moon.
I do hit a full moon cycle from time to time but they have been messed up for a long while so it hasn’t happened that often. Last one was a week ahead of the full moon.
I expect that over time it will get closer. It’s so interesting how female cycles can sync up like that.

Personally I’ve been taking the resveratrol in the morning and pterostilbene at night. Started out taking both at once but I had to ease up a bit, couldn’t handle the nausea & stomach upset.
My understanding is that pterostilbene works well with niacin so if you take your niacin at night like I do then that’s the time to have the ptero.
Also I believe Per said that ptero has a longer half life than resveratrol so it’s good to use them both.

Oh I got another video game one for Pokemon. I was thinking of how to explain NWO stuff with Evil Teams and Legendaries. I also noticed the evil teams used one of the mushroom Pokemon too.

There are 4 mushroom Pkemon lines: Shiinotic, Paras, Amoongus and Breloom.

Breloom has poisonous spores and can punch like a kangaroo but it's docile unless angered and only feeds off already dead things and it tends to attack evil teams for bothering.

Parasect is a parasitic mushroom that completely took over an insect's body and uses it to drain nutrients from living plants and animals until they die from being bone dry.

Its natural rival for Territory is Shiinotic, a bioluminesent mushroom that puts animals and humans to sleep with its spores so it can drain them to death.

Amoongus is used by Team Plasma which is like PETA if it were more competent. Their goal is to trick people (through activism) into releasing their Pokemon so they can be the only ones left with walking WMDs. And as luck would have it Amoongus is the perfect Pokemon to keep around for when trainers discard their Pokeballs into the tall grass. It has evolved specifically to have Pokeball shaped caps and is exclusively carniverous. It's noted that it wouldn't be very effective on wild Pokemon (as most actively avoid getting caught) so this mushroom has evolved to prey on humans specifically.

The region Team Plasma is in bears the name of Unova. It's based on New York State. And of course there's an NYC reference in Castelia City (it's also where one of the first Western IRL Pokemon Centers was made. It was later converted to a store focusing on all of Nintendo's other products but the Pokemon stuff still remains). New York State? Activists? Mushrooms? Bad guys that look like Templar Knights? A second faction of their own that in fights with them led by a blonde scientist with glasses and machines that can use the maximum potential of animals? Both painted as good and reformed later?

The chest part of the spine has 12 (holy number) vertebrae. If physical or emotional strain puts these links slightly out of line the rib cage can set things right through exercise or if given enough time just breathing. Shiinotic was first discovered in Alola, an island chain region based on Hawaii. The games in that region are themed Sun and Moon. The hot sun provides the heat of the islands and the moon controls the water. Interestingly, the box art Pokemon are not Fire, Rock, nor Water. They are Psychic type ancient aliens from another world that have been on Pokemon Earth (Gen 1 Pokemon specifically references real world locations and that Pokemon have gone there to kill their animals) long enough to build natural adaptions to it. Normally creatures from their dimension can only be caught in Beastballs with standard Pokeballs having a weakened effect but for them it's the opposite. They also are shown to breed by birthing more of themselves via cosmic energy. The Sun Lion is the male and the moon bat is the female. Hey look, females and moons again.

The people of Alola came to worship them along side the 4 fairies (fairy guardians?) that guarded the island. In one dimension, the main holy site is the Altar of the Sunne while in a connected dimension which is always the opposite time of day as the first it is the Altar of the Moon. This went on to become their favored breeding ground.
In an unexpected twist of estabished series formula, the evil team never succeeds in capturing them or using them. (They're just street thugs being used by a Pokemon conservatory to disrupt Alola and to find a way to catch aliens the conservatory leaders are obsessed with.) Instead, what catches them is an evil Legendary Pokemon acting on its own volition. It preys on their species and feeds on the light they generate so it can restore its pools of Z-Power (light based magic radiation that makes animals stronger). pt 2

And even after the conservatory finally saw the joyous day they had prepared for, their genetically engineered chimeric Pokemon (built specifically to ape the fragments of the Pokemon equivalemt of the god of the universe, Arceus) were stolen from them and even the space where they had existed was stolen after that.

A gangster from the Japanese region of Kanto (based on... Kanto) who had fathered a son in Johto (based on... Johto of Japan) had aquired the means of dimensional travel (hey.... did you know Japanese scientists are working together to build a layer of the internet that automatically detect "misinformation"? It seems hangure are more acceptable than yakuza.) and had brought together all the great regional evil team bosses of the past p3

I like this topic. Discovering the psyche through deductive reasoning. Let's start with the obvious. What kind of behaviors or thoughts are changed by the protocol?

It reduces or eliminates deviant thoughts and behaviors. It can clear up depression, anxiety and self doubt. Gradual or sudden loss of interest in polarizing topics like politics. Emotions stop controlling you. Conflict stops controlling you. A growing desire for more meaningful connections, a yearning for something more.

Just from a cursory glance into her psyche, she is apathy, conflict, anxiety, depression, self doubt, deviance, gluttony and sloth.

She is Sin. This is the sin we are fighting in order to become whole.

When was the last time we were whole human beings? Thousands of years? While she manipulates us through genetic mutations to make us easier to control?

Does she rides us into the afterlife and recycle us? Perhaps the loosh they talk about isn't so crazy. They eat hormones and they amplify negative emotions and perspectives.

New users eventually come into conflict with her in one form or another. I think most if not all of us have. We are poking the biggest bear in the room.

She's an evil controlling bitch. A slow and diseased progression, a physical and spiritual representation of entropy and time itself.

Just remember this when your other inner voice is implanting thoughts like I don't need to get up and brush my teeth, fuck it I'm eating it, maybe I'll do it later, this isn't working for me, maybe I should stop.

The battle is in your mind. The die off is minor compared to the battles you will have with your own thoughts until she is banished from your body.

Evil teams in the past had experimented with the Pokemon Porygon, a polygonal artificially created cyber duck built to explore cyberspace while also being recallable to the physical world. Yes, all of that evil had gathered in Alola (Hawaii, a once sovereign nation now a state pimped out by corporations). But Plasma was missing its second leader. The Blonde scientist who wished to bring out the full potential of Pokemon, Colress. He was not approached as his reason to lead were different from that of his underlings (who a large portion of returned to Ghestis, the secret evil royal of an ancient bloodline in Unova). It was all just a carless experiment that he embarrassed himself with ever so slightly. And for fun, his dimensional counterpart in the Alolan hero's timeline followed closely behind the winning team: that of the hero. After each of the hero's victories he appeared to throw the evil leaders back to their home dimensions. He particularly enjoyed the moment they got to Ghestis. Not only was Colress the man who discovered how to reunite the dragon of emptiness with one of its fragments, he had also discovered a way to artifically induce a Necrozma takeover of a sun lion or moon bat without killing it, a way to use crystalized Z-Power to briefly let Necrozma assume dragon form and a way to separate all aforementioned legendary Pokemon after fusion.

Oddly enough, his science didn't really prepare him for the Japanese gangster. Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket (now "Rainbow" Rocket) had a legendary Pokemon of his own and it was the culmination of the world's technology. The cloned genes of Mew, the fetus-like genetic ancestor of all life short of the gods. The chimerically spliced stature and exceptional cruelty of humanity. The crystalized radiation from the ancient ultimate weapon of life and death. All of it was brought against the hero and while the hero successfully defeated it and the rest of Giovanni's Pokemon, Giovanni left on his own while Colress was still in awe. p5

The next Pokemon global event would happen in Galar (The UK). In ancient Galarian times 3000 years ago (from 2020), there was the Darkest Day. The world had run out of light and energy for another alien (from a planet close enough to not categorize it as something a Beast Ball would be very effective on) had crashlanded on the planet, bringing with it another foreign empowering energy that made animals gigantic and changed properties of their moves. This Pokemon was not doing this out of malice: the alien atmosphere was simply too much for it to survive in normally and needed massive amounts of sustenance as it leaked radiation in its death throes. It was a space dragon of poison shaped like a hand and it (metaphorically but almost literally) squeezing the life out of the land. The king of Galar's Pokemon, Calyrex the Psychic had no choice but to accept the aid of two wandering dogs of red and blue to defeat it since the steeds he had vested the remainder of his power in had gone missing in the Crown Tundra. The red dog of pure fighting ability was bequeathed a shield to defend the people from the waves of sludge obscured by black clouds in red lights. It could also be used to bludgeon holes through mountains if the alien would attempt to flee past them. His blue fairy counterpart was given a sword to slay the dragon with. Fairy type Pokemon are immune to the power of dragons but weak to cold steel (but not ice) and poison so it conjured an armour of bonded steel to cover its vulnerabilities. The sword dog was now the physically strongest being in the world from this enhancement but it was faced with an opponent not from the world he knew. It was the toughest thing to ever touch it.

The battle was tough but it was won and the Darkest Day was dark no more. They had not killed the seemingly immortal dragon dubbed Eternatus but they had managed to mangle the hand into a sea dragon like shape and seal it into a slumber (or at least torpor). The radiation brought with it remained in the land but it did not harm it apart from the Occasional Pokemon who would use it to inflate itself and go on a rampage. Zacian and Zamazenta, the dogs of the Sword and Shield remained vigilant of this but decided to save their strength for a day that Eternatus may escape from its seal. Calyrex and the humans honoered their wishes and enacted a ritual that would turn them into statues for as long as the seal held. But if it were to weaken, they would return to flesh oncemore. And weaken it would.

3,000 years in the future in recent modern times an (obviously rich Indian man) hosting a (large sporting event) decided that Galar would soon face an energy crisis despite having enough energy to last for another thousand years or so (putting it lightly). He deemed this enough of a crisis that at the time of the (sporting event)'s apex he went mad and sucessfully summoned Eternatus while his (Slavic) secretary stalled for him. But they were fools to let the rising star of the sport get good at it. The star's skill brought easy victories over all and even brought about the most adept Pokémon gigantification rituals ever seen. Even the reawakened heroes of old were impressed as they had followed the star's journey. Deciding to become the great trainer's Pokemon, they once again formed a winning team against Eternatus who had Eternamaxed back into its hand form. Even Eternatus bowed to the star and willingly sealed its power on its own after the battle. A Pokeball enhanced with Dynamax energy was thrown and the magic and technology behind it allowed for the stabilization and capture of the beast of two Darkest Days. Alongside heroes of yore, calamity was no more.

The Galar story seems to be about a lot of the Eastern Hemisphere as a whole so that could bea part of what they are attempting. The next games out next month are about the past and the future and set in Paladea (mostly Spain but also Iberian and Mediterranean areas as a whole) so it'll be interesting what the first game of the new age says.

Now imagine human hosts under full control, connected to the hive mind. Could they share what they are experiencing? Like vision, hearing or thoughts? Imagine the capabilites of an army like this. The one who controls the fungus could also send infected spies who would be hard to detect and share information in real time or even start revolts from within a nation. The hive could instantly detect outsiders and alert everyone.

Each genre has different methods to overcome specific immune defenses and gene defects that are unique to the individual.

Does it steer it from outside material reality? It sure looks that way. Research is slim here, but there are some indicators that when it's not riding our quantum brain bridge it has its own quantum ability, which absolutely implies intelligence outside of the material realm.

The concern are the shapeshifters like penicillin. Even though penicillin is used to make antibiotics, it has itself caused systemic fungal infection in immunocompetent hosts.

Psilocybin is not the same as that. It's a myco that is immunomodulatory and also alters brain chemistry so that's my issue with it.

And as far as the helminth thing. I'm pretty sure the reason azoles show efficacy against both cancer and parasites in the data is because they're actually zapping the underlying problem. Azoles are only there to break the hyphenation cycle in pathogenic fungi basically. Then they can't bud or poke you at that stage and die off. So less of a fungus fighting itself and more of a taking away the home for the other parties.

Strange, my lip cracked a few days ago as well. Maybe it is related to their life cycle? The custom when I grew up was to take antiparasitics at the full moon when the worms' eggs hatch. I gave up bread for the most part about a year ago because of digestive issues and it's helped me. Sometimes I would cave to temptation and eat it though and it always sets me back a lot when I do that. Lately it's been easier to resist the compulsion to eat it so I'm happy about that. Most everything is. You have to search real hard to get anything pure and if you try recreating any grain based food you're better off using buckwheat which is less likely to be modified but even unmodified it still has its own risks. Asia: check the status of each country and make sure it doesn't bleed into its food. Don't order anything from Thailand or China. If you get anything from India check where in India. If you get anything from Japan you probably need to know Japanese to find anything out.

Oceana: I know the least about this one but given how they treat their people I wouldn't get my hopes up. Penal colonies and those adjecent are gonna do what they always do unless you're a madman living among st the most poisonous natural wildlife and it wouldn't suprise me if they set up robots for that by now.

That tablet made by Grimes with the symbols is basically a "prediction" of the future (actually sort of a plan or curse). We're currently on the set of the stage of the show before the "CRB" last part. Personally I'd rather not get nuked and am thinking about moving to a neutral (non-NATO/non-Russia) country, if no one is going to break that curse soon. Technically I could weaken the curse somewhat but it's still engraved into a stone slab that dampens the ability to nullify it.

But lately there's been quite a bit of mental clarity coming through. I actually had a pretty significant panic attack a few days ago, but managed to level out and recover greatly a short time after. That's why you need to do Niacin during the Maintenance Phase. You need to remove as much of the fung and dieoff BEFORE you do the Niacin. I use the NON FLUSH Niacin.

If you have a terrible reaction, I recommend you stay on the 1st stage protocol for a few more weeks. I had to do this.

I use the more expensive Nicotinamide Riboside which has no painful flush. I have nerve damage in my knees, and this is the best niacin option for me. There is a cheaper non flush Niacin out there, but cant recall its name.

I'm just wrapping up the low dosage trial now with 4mg twice daily. I'm going to bump up to 4mg morning, 8mg afternoon next. So far I've experienced slightly increased dream frequency and recall but nothing crazy yet. I suspect the higher dose will do the trick. The studies showed a 47% chance at lucid with the higher dose.

I did notice minor improvement in brain function and vision clarity. It was interesting because usually the late afternoon crash was counteracted by it. I could tell my body was trying to slow down but my brain stayed turned on so I never got the crash.

Personally I don't trust anything dimorphic/pathogenic, or that can change immune response via toxins. Fungal toxins are usually unstable and stabilize by oxidation of genetic structures.

As far as in components and whatnot, i think there are other options that can offer better capabilities. For example the use of cryptococcus neoformans in space travel plans as a radiation shield isn't going to go great lol. By contrast selenomelanin can be ingested, woven into suits, etc etc and is far far better at reflecting radiation.

And lichens are kind of weird. They look like a parasitic attachment by fungi to a plant that essentially is in survival mode all the time. Sure there's an exchange to some degree but it seems in favor of the fungus.

As you know, I've had seizures since 14....had at least 5 Soccer concussions by that age, but more than likely caused by my genetic issues.

As of this month I feel secure in stating that I've noticed less seizure "aura" activity on the protocol, and for some time now, have reduced my seizure medicine successfully by half.

The ability to repair and regenerate neurons is very interesting to me. The brain is very important to me...one of my Favorite parts of your research.

I'm an avid /out/doorsman and /k/ommando. After a walk in some unfamiliar woods a couple months ago I developed a strange rash on the back of my knee. I suspected Lyme but found no tick bite, circular but no bullseye. Doctor was unsure of cause but prescribed doxycline treatment. That made me feel like shit and didn't help. My doctor prescribed a skin cream that clears it up but it always reoccurs. My doctor has thrown up his hands about what is causing it. I don't ache, have an itch, nor pain, but it looks gross and it bleeds messing up my nice hiking socks. It also looks more and more like ringworm, a common issue that is usually treated with over the counter cream. I don't really have a choice but to look for alternative medicine now. I don't want to spend money on something that might fuck my electrolytes up while hiking. I also am interested in cultivating potentially useful medicinal plants but I have limited space. Hey all, been on the protocol for about 2-3 months now, but first 2 were spent with very low oregano dosage. It is normal. Some people have it worse than others on the genetic dysfunction.

There's about 12 markers for different fungi related inflammatory issues and that's just for candida. Obviously there's some crossover with the other genera along the same interleukins. Essentially if it has spores it probably going to tie back to "familial candidiasis" markers. One of the people who helps me research had decided to jump straight to the maintenance combined with the initial. The niacin and pterostilbene/resveratrol combination is doing work on the immune pathways pretty directly. If you want to dig in there check those compounds against interleukins and sirt1 errors.

In reference to the alopecia question. Most of the time that is malassezia furfur. It ties in with folliculitis in a lot of journals I've read. And there is a direct connection between dopa issues and melanization by M. Furfur. The thing to look at is how often folliculitis and alopecia get Dx'd in combination.

Look into how the fungi's circadian rhythm is different than yours. It took me some weeks to fully adjust and there were definitely lulls and peaks on sleep cycle oddities.

The stability end now has shown (for me at least) to be very low fatigue in the brain regardless of sleep level. Sometimes even just lying down is enough without directly sleeping.

I had cavities and other enamel issues self correct too. I mentioned it some time ago but when I got my original Dx and fluconazole from the doctor, my emergency root canal was no longer necessary within a week.

I remember reading this now that you mention it, sounds great and so far the past 2 months have shown me slight improvements as well. Temperature sensitivity from the front teeth is gone as well (they never had visible caries, just sensitive). Will need to go get a check up soon again and see what they have to say.

Congrats. When you reach a certain point it becomes difficult to become unhealthy again unless you are trying.

I was recently in for some blood work and a physical and wasn't surprised at the results, but the hospital was. I'm over 40 and have had a pretty rough lifestyle for most of it. After the protocol, the hospital reported my blood pressure at 116 over 73, 79 bpm heart rate, 99,% oxygenation.

Then they said "your blood work was very odd. We found high immune cell count but no signs of infection". I laughed internally but acted unaware when they mentioned it.

Yea, I've got an immune army just waiting to pounce yet no inflammation or cytokine reactions.

Then they started asking weird questions like what is your diet like? You must be on medications of some kind, etc.

And I remember my upper BP number bordering on 150 prior to protocol with various issues including poor circulation.

I suspect the fungus to infect every busted up part of the body it can, if by physical trauma if not by chemical. As with most, the end goal is to not need anything if possible, but I'm happy with doing what it takes.

I would agree. It's heavily connected to Greek legends as well.

EGCG is one of the major components of its chemistry that I'm drilling down on. It's showing strong in vivo activity on inflammation. Going along with what SC is saying pom is well documented in regards to this. I'd recommend pulling a profile from one of the Pubmed articles that show the full spectrum of chemicals, then poke around on each of those. You'll start to see the big picture.

This is something lots of anons could learn from. If it's surviving mold and it doesn't hurt you it's most likely going help stave off fungi to some degree.

That's how we figured out the Heal-All bit awhile ago. My wife pointed out a tiny flower that was everywhere in our garden with no mold. Did some digging and turns out it's one of the best natural options against MDR/AMR.

When I went into puberty at 10, my circadian rhythm flipped to (sleep during the day, up at night.) This is when I began having my journey into familial candidiasis symptoms.

My family thought I was a freak and would punish me for this. Being nocturnal, was now and forever my natural cycle, and if left on my own, always went back to this sleep cycle. Even now as I write this...I'm up at night., and want to sleep in the day unless I have obligations.

I've simply added wormwood daily, combined with the protocol I have had immense relief from stomach / colon discomfort. I plan to make garlic a staple of my diet in the future but at this time I'm also feeling hesitant towards diatomaceous. I've tried it in the past not for long term.

The protocol is loosening up shit in my stomach apparently, this stuff is not normal either. Adding more dirt to slow it down seems counter-productive, I want all this out of me. Then we had the recent movie moonfall, which I thought was odd. Then there's the connection with the moon, Osiris and the Queen.

Another theory someone proposed was that the moon was part of the control structure and the vision is of it breaking apart as we free ourselves and colliding into the earth.

Hi friends. Just an update on something we were considering post-maintenance.

When we originally developed the protocol, we focused the maintenance phase on homeostasis and eliminating the last strongholds in the body. This works extremely well for this purpose.

However, there are some who suffer from many of the genetic breaks we've discussed (Imazighen line) and need an additional boost to their maintenance regimen.

We've been calling this the push stack internally, but it's essentially a combination of both. With the optional inclusion of EGCG (Pomegranate) here is the modified stack:

600mg NAC
500mg Slo Niacin (Nicotinic Acid)
500mg Pomegranate Extract
100mg Pterostilbene
1 teaspoon Black Seed Oil

If you have red hair or your lineage mixes with Ireland or Scotland for instance, you may find this maintenance more beneficial.

It's still something we are testing with those that have numerous FC breaks, and it may require adjustment, but if you need an extra push it may be beneficial for you.

There appear to be a few different suppliers of Pomegranate extracts. Carlyle offers a few different extract strengths off the top of my head. Peribsen could likely offer more options here as well.
