So there's a definitely a theme with this one. The Voynich Manuscripts, regarded as a tome of herbal remedies using a lost language.

Recently I had a bit of synchronicity with Peribsen. He found a plant thought to be extinct for other 100 plus years. For some reason the voynich manuscript popped into my head so I mentioned it.

P found what he believes is the plant just rediscovered, and it appears to be in the manuscript.

So we dug a bit further, and it doesn't use chlorophyll or photosynthesis. Get this: it eats fungus.

Gee, what a cascading level of coincidences there. So we're digging deeper.

2 weeks in. Had major die off last week, and the last 3 days I've felt pretty great. I feel more flexible and less stiff I think. My mind is clearer and it's easy to focus. Got insanely happy over something simple yesterday. Passing weird stuff in the toilet. Be gone, demons.

Just received word that the new nac protocol pdf (2nd link in OP) is being distributed widely to doctors.

This is super exciting, and makes me a bit teary. The prospect of saving lives is inspiring. Peribsen has been nose down doing finishing touches on a scientific paper. It's definitely going to rock the boat.

Speaking of, I fully expected an onslaught of viscious attacks now that the new pdfs are available, yet it's all quiet on the western front.

I think one of the reasons this hasn't completely blown up by now is the control the fungus has over the host. Sometimes you'll bring it up with people and it's like a switch flips, "cool. Well gotta run, talk soon!"

Is it an aversion the fungus is creating directly, or more cognitive dissonance? The average person probably doesn't want to envision the whole paradigm as false, misleading or missing major detail.

I wouldn't have believed it a few years ago. So there is some resistance to overcome, but repeat exposure can 'break the mold'.

So I posted here 4 or 5 months ago making fun of this cdf thing.

Fast forward. I'm now 3 months in and it's actually working. Have also experienced brain fog gone and aches and pains mostly in my shoulder and right thigh.

It's weird because during intense herx my hip hurt like a mother so I was a bit concerned. 2 days of pain in there then this massive pressure released and it's completely gone. Usually I have to sit funny or use pillows and heating pad but now it's gone.

I think once my shoulder does this I'm going on Mantenants. Thanks for everything cdf.

Baby anon here with an update, my plans to start maintenance have been altered. I am going to be omitting niacin for now. I have been doing research into everything recommended for maintenance and I wanted to post some information. We already are aware that the base protocol is fine, nothing to be worried about there and that BSO is actually beneficial, so I won't be elaborating on NAC, OO or BSO.

This one needs caution. I found one source that gave an upper limit of 35mg per day of breastfeeding. Most are saying that it is contraindicated, and is correlated with serious side effects to the infant (none of which are described at all, anywhere). I've spent a lot of time researching and still haven't found porential effects. If someone else can locate these I would appreciate it. I am of the the opinion that it must be referring to the flushing effect potentially being carried over to the infant. There is also potential for liver damage, though I didn't find any documentation of this. My belief this is a risk comes from reading effects on adults. The slo niacin is definitely more risky than flushing because it stays in the system longer.

So my question

And I want to say again, as I do on every post I've made about this, that no one should do these protocols while pregnant and if breastfeeding should get everything cleared by the relevant medical persons.

I empathize on the hip issues. As you continue on it may return but each time it is less and less. I have had my knees and hip bother me this week but it was barely an annoyance. A far cry from where it used to be.

Dmt combo this morning, I'm bright and sharp as a knife. Reading a code in a book I grasped that quicker than usual, brain speed up a notch for sure.

What's the recommended dosage for AlphaGPC for the extended maintenance? SC mentioned it should be less than classic choline, is 300mg per dose ok? Is CDP choline (citicoline) a viable alternative as well? What about the dosage? I've seen anon mentioning inositol in the last thread, I've seen it added to choline supplements for synergy, any thought on that combo?

Thanks! I appreciate anything you guys might be able to dig up. I wish that the information available publicly was better. I'm also doing well. I had my throat get itchy on me this week from all the pollen but it's gone away again. A far cry from a few months ago with how terrible it was. Other than the mild twinge in my joints from the weather it's been really great. I feel a lot better after finishing my flucon and haven't had any die off in a few weeks, even after upping the oregano oil. Baby tolerated that without an issue as well.

I've also been able to go back to exercising again which makes me very happy. Before the protocol I would try but end up exhausted, in pain and miserable for the rest of the day. Now I can do my workouts and much more. Being able to be active again has brought me a lot of joy. I was always very active before I got sick and not being able to do anything made the depression much worse.

I'm still here, and still posting in nearly every thread. Been keeping up with everyone and enjoying the information. Haven't finished the new pdf yet but I'm about halfway through. There just hasn't been much to update about baby since they seem to be completely unbothered by what I've been doing. I considered a trip, because people seem to think I've disappeared lol but I don't know if I want to deal with all of that.

Thanks for the information on niacin anon. I hadn't dug around too much into side effects for pregnancy. I have to put that disclaimer on there because I wouldn't want someone to just do what I am because they think it is fine for their situation. Typically I do my own research and then run it by my pediatrician and midwife.

I did some more reading because I wanted to see a bit more what you were talking about in reference to the black seed oil. It actually seems that it is contraindicated because it inhibits oxytocic activity and can stop contractions. Even so, that's still quite a problem as the uterus needs to contract throughout pregnancy to prepare for labor. As you rightfully said, it's best not to introduce anything during pregnancy.

The problem is it's just too risky and unethical to test anything on pregnant women, so there just isn't a lot of documentation on anything really. You mostly just get adverse reports. Sometimes contraindications are based on only a single incident. I think that's the best approach we have at the moment though. It's definitely better to be overly cautious in this case.

There are a few that 4ch blocks like nature, frontiersin, and a few others. A quick workaround is to copy paste the study title in Google or duckduck and the first result is usually pubmed. It has no issues with pubmed.

It's more of an educational approach for dealing with fungal infections. Ask the average GP what Candida is and you'll likely hear "oh, a yeast infection? That's minor". Giving them the proper information and an alternative treatment will be eye opening for many.

And also consider that many doctors genuinely want to help their patients, and consider what they are doing as helpful. You can't blame the doctor when they all learned from the same materials. You really have to blame the approach, which is a far bigger problem.

yeah that's me. Tbf autistic traits are developmental, some systems will just never work if they are affected in the 1-3year old. I was lucky enough to be one of the high-functioning ones and I don't expect things like attention to detail, obsessiveness over interesting topics, higher iq scores or enjoyment of repetition going away. I do expect to see some relief in more trauma based symptoms that come more from social isolation of autistic people like anxiety attacks, involuntary movements and general regret. With many of the ingredients of the protocol having long recorded history of use I'd expect a few anegdotal cases of accidental "cured" adults. People do tend to score lower on AQ tests in adulthood though which is usually attributed to learning to cope and masking. I hardly consider asperger's to be a dysfunction when it comes to myself desu. And for full disclosure I didn't actually prove to you guys in any way I got diagnosed, you only have my word and behavior to go on

Anyone here who bought BSO from brands that sourced their black seeds from Egypt? For the purpose of testing for cheap alternatives I bought a 100 mL bottle from huile-de-nigelle dot net which apparently is in France. The taste is very different from what I'm used to. There is none of that harsh turpentine taste and the flavor is very mild. The color is much paler than the other brands I've tried. I have tried Amazing Herbs and Health's Harmony, both which source their seeds from either Turkey or Israel, a BSO brand that I bought from an Indian grocer (which they call kalonji oil,) and another from an Arabic medicine shop (which they call habbat-us sawda oil)

Generic Arabic BSO was extremely harsh. Probably not cold pressed at all.
Generic Indian BSO tasted like it was adulterated with another kind of aromatic oil. Also unlikely to be cold pressed.
Turkish BSO was on the upper threshold of tolerance taste-wise. If I were not used to it already I would say that it really has a kerosene like taste and none of the peppery hints from generic BSO. However what I did not like about Amazing Herbs was that it isn't pure BSO and is a proprietary blend with other herbs combined.
The brand in Picrel had a fainter kerosene smell. It was bitter like most of black seed oils but it did not have that strong kick of spiciness which I loved taking with honey.

As we all know, thymoquinone, dithymoquinone, α and β-pinenes and all the good stuff are found in the essential oil. The majority of BSO is typical seed oil, about 40%

Man its so hard to find BSO without you having to spend a fortune

Ethiopian seeds are supposed to be better, but if the pressing process is proper the differences in active contents should be insignificant.
The one I use uses egyptian seeds and provides labwork for tq and volatile oils content. It doesn't ship internationally unless you negotiate custom pricing and delivery time, because usually they guarantee your oil won't be older than 3 days when you get it. Cold-pressed and unfiltered, you want to looks for small local pressers to get fresh product, there aren't many brands that list tq content but you should look for one of those. Color and taste are not as significant, you want a little bit of black sediment but not too much

Its incredible you know about this. I looked through it a few years ago when it first was made public. I saw a documentary on it, and found it incredible. I think about it often.

The fact that the author had mechanisms to detail the microscopic details of plant life back then was provocative to me.

I'm 27, and have been on the protocol for under two months, on and off tho, not consistent.
For my diet, the only thing hard giving up is bread, despite knowing its inflammation effects, but definitely going to try cutting it out, especially after reading the updated version.

Agreeing with K. Peribsen suffers from the FC breaks and when we first started testing niacin and resveratrol, he literally vomited for 2 days. Clear phlegm like Mucous came out for days.

Some people have worse die off on maintenance than the original protocol. There are multiple reasons why you should wait.

Fluco is best used separately due to the hit on the liver. It's definitely effective as long as you don't have C. Glabrata. It's fairly ineffective against MDR forms outside of C. Albicans. If you use it, take a break from protocol then jump back on when finished.

Some beneficial additives to speed things along are Turmeric with an added thermogenic like pepper or ginger. Boron supplementation helps.

You can also cycle Berberine for a few days here and there, but not long term. It's effective on the gut but doesn't work systemically like the protocol does.

Fluconazole here comes in 1 150mg pills per pack. They're usually sold to treat vaginal yeast infections but I figured, as a guy, I can use it to accelerate the protocol.

If someone were to ask me what is the most beneficial form, the answer would be pure Niacin (nicotinic acid) in flush form.

We did move to timed or extended release to keep the levels up longer, but if you can tolerate flush form consider using it a few times weekly. The flush form resets and immediately replenishes the nad pool, so it does have unique benefit. Combining both forms is ideal if you don't mind a flush occasionally.

Currently on day 3 of the protocol without NAC because poorfag. Will get it tomorrow. I took pterostilbene today on my fasting day. So far, so good. I'm over one month into the protocol, and have been doing intermittent fasting and keto as well. Only side effect of the pterostilbene today is that it made me a little sleepy and clouded my mind a bit in the afternoon, but I think this is pretty typical of resveratrol and pterostilbene. I've experienced all of the die off symptoms during the first two and half weeks of the protocol and I've been upping my OOE dosage.

I won't take anymore pterostilbene except on my full 36 hour fasts, and see how it goes. I plan on taking NR or NMN eventually, but will wait until at least 2 months and 3 weeks with no die-off symptoms. Want to get all of the fungi and microtumors suppressed before I take any compounds that can feed them.

It's been a week+ since that treatment and I think I need another as things are starting to get a little itchy down there again, but a fraction of what it was. I fully expect the red light to resolve this issue. If I had been using the red light with as much discipline as I am using the protocol this part would probably be over by now.

I have a germ guardian in my smoking room, that's like $99 on amz and prob good for most people, but runs a little loud. Also has UV.

No. You do not need that. Your body only will dissolve what it needs to be healthy or correct imbalances. Taking a copper supplement does not necessarily mean your body dissolved it or assimilated it.

The wires serve 2 purposes. One it allows energy to flow in your galvanic cell body. Two, it can absorb through the skin ONLY what it needs, perfectly. Too much copper is a waste.

If you want a large cuff, that is up to you for aesthetics.

If you don't like copper wire on the right wrist, you can use a gold or silver wire/bracelet if you can afford, but still the body is very greedy for copper with any deficiency, and will still turn your skin green or black as it leeches the copper out of the gold or silver jewelry.

Im 9 months into the protocol. Three months in I became lucid in a dream where I was talking to this girl. She was trying to get me to pay for her food. I remember staring at her skin thinking it looked so real and I thought “let’s have sex” It said “yes, yes, let’s have sex”and then it turned into the original entity I had seen in my previous dreams which had these demon like black eyes. It took the form of man on top and woman on bottom. It felt like it was pretending to be human and very AI. I was repulsed. It released this blonde girl that was attached to it from under my bed. She had something on her neck that connected to it like a tube and she was on her knees crawling and bleeding, like she was feeding this thing. I went back to the black void until I woke up.

Sounds like old me. You're not comfortable with the idea of this protocol yet, but you haven't found anything that actually hits the source of your issues, just a bunch if crappy bandages that come with not so fun side effects.

What I did and am suggesting for you to do, is to begin researching starting with the pdf. Read any studies cited that you feel are relevant to the protocol or to your specific issues. The archives provide some of the same information, but the conversations will sometimes offer up something not included in the pdf or the cited articles.

I haven't made it out of the woods yet, but I feel better on the protocol and am looking forward to being healthy again.

As for the turpentine, it's extremely harsh. If done, it should be done extreeeeeemely careful. I'd stop when my urine started to smell sweet as it is one of the signs of poisoning. I collected it and it quickly formed patches of mold. I collected a sample without turpentine and it didn't form any mold. It works but I am a bit hesitant to try it again so i will try this more easy protocol
Oh, if you start zeolite, I suggest to save up money beforehand for all the fillings that will fall out

Too much sediment is not necessarily a good sign. Its a confirmation its unfiltered but too much waste is a sign of greedy bottling process, the black cake doesn't actually have much volatile oils and keeping it in brings the overall quality down. It's way better than anything thats filtered, but I wouldn't call that on point exactly. I'd still go for it tho if you have no production/active content guarantees from other sources

There is no strictly beneficial level, because it's guaranteed to cause mass inflammation similar to MMS. Turpentine causes a strong oxidative reaction, which is why the studies on ingestion show ulcers in the GI and various parts of the body. Anything that causes inflammation unrelated to natural immune response is unhealthy.

So you're ideally supposed to get a balanced (1:1) ratio of omega-3 and omega-6. Omega-3 is anti-inflammatory and omega-6 is inflammatory. Most people already have a much higher intake of omega-6, largely from sneed oils in their diets, which is why inflammatory diseases (like some of the ones attributed to CDF In this thread) are so common in first-worlders.
Just one teaspoon of black sneed oil contains 3.76 grams of omega-6 fatty acids, and this protocol has you taking two a day. It also has barely any omega-3, the ratio is 1:7.7. The high-end recommendation for omega-3 fish oil supplements provides 1.5g of omega-3, not nearly enough to counter the high dose of sneed oil you're introducing to your diet already overabundant in omega-6. Interestingly black sneed oil is the only supplement the maintainance protocol has you taking on your "off week."

That's definitely not correct. The brands that feature unfiltered with sediment also have high TQ content. The one I was interested in in above posts claim 1.5% or higher. 1% is a good baseline and average BSO will have less than that.

It's never going to be harmful to the liver when used at normal dosages. The blacker it is, the more sediment it has.

My experience here is that sediment is a definite plus. Before I ever did protocol or tried BSO I was making my own tea with it for years. I would grind the seeds in a coffee grinder, dump hot (not boiling) water on it with a teaspoon of honey and let it soak for 10 minutes. Then I'd drink that and swallow the sediment at the bottom. This gave a near instant effect and was very pleasant. At the same time, the people that rave over additional effect from the oils (sex drive, energy) are using unfiltered with sediment.

Either way, A dark amber is sufficient if you don't like the sediment. If it's lighter than dark amber it may be cut with other oil or the extraction was ineffective.

SVA is a dark amber and tests around 1%, higher when you include dhtq.

Taking a second from nose-down mode to respond here. My wife switched to NAD+ because it was easier on her system, slightly different effect - there was a study that just came up recently showing niacin corrects NAD+ issues though.

Stick with liposomal NAD+ if you go that route as it seems to be the best absorption vs infusions (meh on that personally). And you're solid with DYOR related to the breastfeeding thing so if you turn anything up about NAD+ and that let us all know.

I'd skip that product. Checking the ingredients, it is diluted with water. That's odd. Usually it's diluted with another oil or vitE. They also sell a regular bso non capsulated, but after seeing how they adulterated the caps, I'd avoid it.

Horbaach and SVA are known good brands. They will average around 1% TQ which is baseline for the protocol.

Problem is that it's not practical. The average American, for example, is already at a 1:16 omega-6:omega-3 ratio, which is why they have so much inflammatory disease (depression, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, allergies, and so on). Most people already need to be supplementing omega-3 and cutting out omega-6 to get down to a healthy ratio closer to 1:1. I had the same question since I have deficiencies causing numerous problems because of candida.

Was hard to take and find these supps in a balanced format fitting my special need.
