My 1st younger brother is now taller than me and heavier than me. My other brother is gaining on me as well, I’m 20 and my time for growth is over.

I still love them as family, but how can I cope as being the eldest and still the smallest of us? It just feels so wrong

Well none of us were ever super active or dedicating to lifting, hell the older one(calling him E) and I started actively lifting only around the same time last year.

As for sports E did basketball and so does the younger one(O), I did too but not for as long. E and I were also lifeguards during high school summers and swam too. E and O also play a lot of vidya so I’m not sure. Our diets are also pretty similar, although I am allergic to peanuts/beans so that may have cut some protein

Genes are my best bet desu

Don't let it get to you OP. It means nothing. They look up to you, guaranteed. Especially in a family context what they will respect from you is dependability, work ethic, and how you take care of yourself and the rest of your family. Height isn't really a thing here.

Start lifting, you might be able to get rid of this feeling of inadequacy by building yourself up. You have two paths:
1. You can either feel jealous and try to 'cope.'
2. You can accept that this jealousy is just a normal part of life, all of us want to be bigger/taller/faster. Or maybe even the biggest/tallest/fastest. That's OK. It's even a bit of a positive, healthy thing for you to have a nice competitive spirit within reason. Channel that in a positive way to make yourself better.
