long story short, few weeks ago my apartment complex that I live in that's right beside my uni has had garbage internet speeds, I'm talking dialup for hours at a time and then decent speeds for 10 mins then back to dialup. I can't even get work done and all the channels I go through will not work. Their "tech support" line is just indians that seem to have no idea what they're doing, and the people in the office don't seem to fucking care. I am so tired of not having this shit in the age of not being able to leave my apartment at all.

what the fuck do I do? Pressure them with reviews until they do something? keep asking them every day? review my lease agreements?
I've asked them in person twice about it and they're fucking clueless. giving me false hope and status updates that don't do shit.
