Anons how the shit can I be normal. Whenever I go out I always get looks from people. From what I wear and from what I look like. I'm unattractive and I don't know how to control the volume of my voice. I speak to no one whatsoever and never ever trys to call me. What can I do to be normal and not be looked at like a freak?

Find a talisman to draw in your energy so it’s not as chaotic if this is really the case. Otherwise take a real good look around you next time your outside your house and realize that no one is actually paying attention to you, they all have their own stuff going on.

I don't really know how to describe it but I'll say this. There has to be a reason why people just look at me. All I wear outside is a hoodie and weatpants and rhat's it. It's nothing harmful in anyway. I walk normally and I mind my own business and yet people just stare at me sometimes. I just don't why, why are rhey looking at me. Is it because i'm fat or is something putting them off? If I just wear a tailsman or a charm that only males me feel like people won't look at me anymore. But the problem is, it's a feeling and it doesn't really solve the problem.

I can't because everything I do is apparently strange to other people. If theres something bad in my food while I'm chewing I spit it out and put it in a napkin. People treat me as if I'm mentally ill and I can never be happy if I don't know what I'm doing is abnormal.

It’s meant to be a helpful way to calm your anxiety and also what this anon says is good advice too. Another thing is to just look at other things that are in the environment your in and avoid people’s eyes. Pay more attention to objects not people.

Therapy, or even talking to someone close about how you are feeling. Most of it is internal, the way you look is probably not as bad as you think.

Well I have a few problems with therapy and family. My family are comprised of idiots who only care for themselves and who always judge and scold me. The ones around my age always look at their phones and ignore me. My father and mother are no better and they always scold me on how I don't speak to orher people enough. Plus my mother is a kike lover. Therapy on the other hand I don't trust. I don't know what these therapists would suggest me. Therapists have prescribed "medication" to people which have ruined their lives. Therapists are a no go in my book but I can always get one to try it out.

honestly? you (almost) can't. Even if you would figure out how to act and when to act like that, what to wear and how to speak, that won't be natural. It'll be excruciatingly tiresome to always be aware of every tiny little thing you do, so you can correct yourself before acting out. It just doesn't work. In my experience.
