Since I chose to go down the path of anorexia a few years ago, I have been very mentally “deficient”. I no longer have an internal monologue and have severe ADHD. I generally don’t have anything running through my mind and am afraid that if I can’t work on my ability to meaningfully process information or my mental capacity I won’t be able to live a successful life.

What are some hobbies and/or habits that can help me exercise my brain?
