I don't know what country you're from but this can work at any country as long as it's not some super small one, in that case just skip step one and move to another country, then follow the 2-4 steps. Now here's what I would do:
1 - Find a small city where no one you know or is related to the people you know live (or go to vacation). That kind of small place usually is cheap to rent a house and has everything you need to survive
2 - You'll need a source of income so you don't end up homeless, either save some good amount of money untill you get a job in this new place, or work online with content creation/offerin services, both you can work without showing your face and pretty much only need a computed and internet
3 - Delet all your social media and create new ones. Follow some basic social engenering, build a fake persona, like not using known name as usernames, try either your most generic name+numbers, or make up something (like @karl_2021 or @karltistic) so you can connect with people from this new place, and make sure to set your profile to private so you can aprove people to see your stuff, and only let distant pictures or pictures of your dog or any shit like that as main profile pic, just don't show your face in the center of the screen. That way you can connect with new people, or just follow shit without set any information to track you
4 - Try to keep a consistent new routine, I would recomend you to change some habits and if you want to connect with new people just choose stuff that won't make you socially exposed on internet
