I fear sleep bros. Almost every night for the past couple months I have had nightmares. I wouldn’t mind it if it didn’t interfere with my physical health but it does. I tend to wake up in the middle of the night or wake up with my brain utterly fried. I tried changing sleeping positions thinking that was the problem but to no avail. My nightmares have only to do with my past, however with the advent of covid I have been able to avoid the situations of going to school or having a job.
