There's really nothing to be done at this point. Life is basically over as soon as you graduate, there's pretty much nothing to do to fix it since all the relationships/friend groups are established during formative years 16-21. There's nowhere to meet new people, no chance to gain social skills or learn how to have sex, it's impossible to get a gf since all women are in relationships already. I think that I'm just gonna save up enough money so that I could not work for a year, and then go back to uni for a semester or two and try to make some friends or get a gf then because there's nowhere to meet people otherwise. Gonna go for some field filled with women like medicine.
I really resent my parents for not pushing me into being more social when I was young, I wasted my only time in life to make friends and have sex on just working out and studying.
