so i have a question for everyone on here

So i've been playing piano for a little while and thought out my whole life I always have things ringing in my head when someone says it...

For example If i hear a song and i have anxiety or just random words that get stuck in my head it keeps playing it and i wanted to know if you guys have an idea or cure for it

For example I have piano keys screaming in my head right now

I've had this my whole life and it makes people crazy..

Also it makes me very upset hearing things when trying to sleep sometimes and random other things.

Is there a type of medication or something to stop this?

I believe I have this too, though I think mine is more of a problem with control over my imagination. I constantly have songs or melodies stuck in my head, as well as scenarios that keep playing out which put me in a constant state of zoning out. Would you say you have trouble with visualization? Like if you were trying to imagine 5 red ovals turning green, does your mind fuck with you and keep one red or switch it back? It happens to me quite a bit and I don't know how much of an issue it is.

Honestly I can't visualize many things in my head... way i view it is they just pop up in my head and that's how it works for me. I will say products do effect my visualization if its coffee, tea, or tobacco

I will say i do have the imagination part when reading certaint phrases of words for example:

When i read ''mine is more of a problem with control over my imagination''

What i read first was ''Mine is more of a problem with gun control over my imagination''

I know it sounds weird... but thats what i read and my head regestered it as..

But if im listening to music or anything i will hear darn crap keep playing in my head sometimes

like i still hear piano notes playing in my head that i kept messing up on lol

Another example:
I use to work at mcdonalds and when i left every dam time i would hear the beeping from the fryers keep beeping in my head while i would sleep

This is because when we imagine / remember noise in our head it is the same as if we would really hear it, since the whole interpretation of the noises is just in our brain. Many people have actual tinnitus and the reason for it is long gone, but the noise is still there like a loop and repeats itself in your brain. Even cutting your ear strings and making you deaf won't solve the problem, you would still hear it.
As of now, there is no solution except to relax and avoiding any stress. Whatever increases your symptoms, stop. Also, try stretching your jaw muscles. Since they are very close to your ears, they induce stress to your ears when they are tensed. This helped me from getting random loud tinnitus with this weird underwater effect all the time, but my regular tinnitus is sadly not better.

if you are experiencing hallucinations such as hearing hallucinations, or things that you can hear no one else hears that have no external stimuli, then you might be going through psychosis. it is a symptom of a mental illness. see a doctor about it otherwise it will get worse progressively.
