Why do you think a dynamic IP is somehow even relevant here? It just means you ISP assigns an IP address based on a pool of available addresses. They know exactly what date and time an address was assigned and they know exactly which modem and account the address was assigned to. Having a dynamic IP only help you in the event that you're banned from a website, changing the IP will skirt around the ban as the website has no idea who you are.

If you post illegal content your ISP certainly knows who you are, a dynamic IP won't help. If you have something illegal on a Google account then Google will contact the authorities and provide any relevant info including your username and IP address. The police are able to look up that IP address and find which ISP it belongs to, then they contact the ISP and the ISP will say yes that IP was logged as being assigned to account XYZ on Monday April 27th at 4:43PM which is registered by Mr Anon and paid for with Mr Anon's credit card number ending in 1234 and his address is listed as 123 Sesame Street etc

tl;dr dynamic IP means jack shit

But you're probably fine. While you have the potential of being screwed the main thing is FBI has better things to do. Unless you're actively distributing images or producing them, you're on the bottom of their list. A single image on Google drive is at most a slap on the wrist and maybe a few months in jail tops. It's not worth their time to give a shit, arrest you, go through the trial process, etc.

They could mind you, so you're not 100% in the clear. But what's done is done. Trying to hide it or freaking out about it will just screw you harder than being calm and moving on.
