Dating apps do not even work for men since we outnumber women there massively. There is skmlly no chance for 99% of men to meet anyone off them.

If you want to meet girls you have 2 options to do so
1 school
2 through people you already know, at meet ups, parties, trips etc.
If you're not in school and your friends do not know anyone then your only option is to quit work and go to university again
