Dunno bro im lost in addiction to novel stimuli like browsing the internet and watching porn. Cant stop it to save my life.

But in spite of this we can do other things to start our life betterment. Start exercising everyday. Make it your mission to find something to do every single day for 30-60 minutes that gets your heart rate goign. Whether thats running, cycling, sports. etc.

if you spend 45 mins a day exercising outside thats 45 mins away from technology which will help, it builds discipline and also makes brain changes that can help you to live a better life. I would say its the best thing yo ucan do that will indirectly help

You don't need motivation, you need discipline
Make it a habit, something you can't bargain for whether to do it or not, just like washing your teeth
Start by just walking or even better pedaling a bike, whatever you may like just do it without giving yourself a choice
I personally strongly recommend biking because it allows you to modulate the intensity as you wish so it can be as easy as a walk or as hard as a run and it allows you to explore your surrounding areas, this makes it not boring
Take it easy, Rome wasn't built in one day, 2 years ago I couldn't have imagined my life without Dota, today I can't imagine my life without doing physical activity
