There's some truth to what you're saying but you can get addicted to anything as an unhealthy coping mechanism. We've been masturbating since we could shake our arms millions of years ago, the problem absolutely is society's designed addiction to super-normal stimulus (porn). Cutting out pornography absolutely is the more important thing, however whether it be masturbation or videogames etc, anything can become an addiction and it's not safe to be dependent on a coping mechanism that especially is directly related to one of your most primitive reward centers. I'm speaking from experience, I also have ADHD and have been struggling with this. It's easy to say "oh just once a week", but what inevitably happens is you wait on that magical one day to come. Best thing is to just try not to think about it and let it be a natural thing. You don't want to be in a position where you NEED to jerk off to regain your clarity, that's how the spiral starts.
I'm not sure about nofap being a Jewish conspiracy, I think there are genuine benefits to it, and wouldn't it be working against whatever agenda they have to keep you dependent? Maybe overkill, but I don't think it's a trick.
