I’m a member of Proud Boys who decided to go to the HWNDU exhibit in New York when it was still a big thing. I showed up and while there I ran into Laura Loomer. I try to think I am a nice person so I was befriending some of the people there and after we all had a good time trolling the camera and Paperboy I asked some people if they wanted to grab some coffee or food nearby. Some random people and Laura said sure. We went, talked, had a good time, exchanged our stories. We all made off color jokes about blacks, Asians, jews, Antifa, etc. Our group was pretty diverse there. I cant disclose what I do for work but I gave some of them my business card. Laura was one of them.
A day later I got a call from Laura saying: “I know what you are, call me or I will out you to your employer and neighbors.” I didn’t know what it was about at all. I called and she told me she had recorded all of us making those jokes and was ready to publish it to ruin my name and the people I work for unless I met with her. I was freaking out because of what I saw happening to others. I barely get by as is so I couldn’t lose my job.
I showed up to where she told me to try to handle this and she showed me a doctored video of me telling the 6 million jews in Hitlers Volkswagen ashtray joke. Then she showed me laughing at a black slavery joke. I was shocked. I couldn’t have my life be ruined by something I said in private.
