No matter who Biden chooses for Vice President, they’ll be a detriment to his campaign. Think about it.
Kamala Harris: Former AG to California, imprisoned astronomical amounts of black youth for crimes that would be considered relatively minor today. Blacks won’t turn out for her, plus she’s Jamaican.
Susan Rice: Probably the best chance to turn out black vote, but Republicans will hammer her hard for her negligence during Benghazi and other Obama-admin actions, and we all know how that turned out for Hillary.
Gretchen Whitmer: White midwestern Governor of Michigan. Sure, Biden may pull off the state, but she won’t be a decent enough pick to sway African Americans to vote for him. Two whites on a ticket isn’t going to cut it.
It’s a lose/lose/lose situation no matter which option he chooses.
