In terms of who is in office, there's no legal mechanism for reversing an election once certified even if all of the questionable states do full audits and find provable fraud. I'd love to see Biden and the system called out and marched out in cuffs, but it's probably not in the cards.

Its not tho. As in there is nothing that matters for electing the president other than the votes of the elections. In that the popular vote is just a recommendation to the electors. Something they dont technically have to abide by. Thats how you get faithless electors. Strictly speaking if voter fraud was proven without a doubt in Arizona and other states. Enough to change the election. It wouldn't matter. The time for that was before the electors voted. The only recourse constitutionally is to make sure the next election is legitimate. In the meantime all you can do is to make sure the legislature doesn't support the policies of a illegitimate president. Something that would have been easier when the senate was not directly election but thus is the price for changing how the design was set up.

second, most likely what would happen is nothing. this was never done before, atleast recently. first evidence must be found in the cyber niggers audit, then in a official state audit, then filed for a court date, then evidence must be presented, the legal loopholes, dismissials, re applications, etc etc, until it goes higher and higher in the court to discussion to legalities and process of decertification. most likely by the time anything major gets done, and for other states to decertify safely. bidens term will be done.

Yes. This is true. Technically a state legislature can just appoint electors for president without an election at all. They also can appoint U.S. senators without an election The popular vote is only Guaranteed by the U.S. consitution for the house of representatives. The various states set the rules for the Senate and the presidency.

The electors elected Biden. Thats a done deal. The only way to get him out is to impeach him. If the election is proven to be fraudulent beyond a doubt impeaching him may be politically expedient especially after the midterms. The House of Reps could then vote Trump as the speaker (who doesn't even have to be a member of congress constituionally) and by the rules of succsession he will be reinstated as president. Its a long shot but the only 'constitutional' path I can see.

Of course fraud vitiates everything so the Supreme Court is a wild card. But really? I doubt it.

First off to say the Country is in uncharted waters is an understatement. There were over 200000 ballots that were counted in Arizona that were created in China. All of the swing states have massive numbers of these ballots in their vote totals. A case for what? Theres no legal court means for removing a president. That can only be done via the impeachment procedure. As for the electors in this case they were acting as their state told them to. Can sue them because what they were told turned out to be wrong a year later.

So essentially they need to introduce and pass similar legislation before they could decertify, since HB2720 would not be necessary , and Joe Biden wouldn’t have been screaming about it, if they already had this power.

That is not to say they can’t or won’t immediately pass a similar bill now.

But they didn’t.

And the answer is, right now, no, they cannot decertify it even if Biden goes on national television and says he stole the election.

It wouldn't be Congress, it would be the Supreme Court. However, the Supreme Court refused to listen to any of the evidence that the 2020 Presidential election was rigged. This means either the Supreme Court still won't touch it with a ten-foot pole since it is in the pocket of the establishment (probably due to blackmail) or it won't change anything because the Supreme Court will hold firm on whatever the establishment wants since it is already in their pocket.

Personally, I don't think anything should be done about it. There is a huge amount of social tension being built up and the longer it is able to build up, the greater the push back will be when Americans have finally had enough and completely reject the current political establishment. Currently, people feel like there is nothing that they can do and even if there was something that they could do they don't know where to start. This will soon not be the case.

Nothing. Even if Trump got more votes than Biden in all 50 states in the union there's one simple reason why it won't change a damn thing. Lack of genuine martial might. No one is going to storm the white house, with guns, and physically remove the Biden administration. Especially in this case as their procedures were followed correctly. They didnt vote for biden when their state told them to vote trump or anything like that.
