Everybody seems shocked that productivity is in a nose dive, and there's a hiring slump. The answer is pretty simple, the house of cards is wobbling. On a subconscious level people know western society is not declining, but is dead and rotting. Covid was the final domino, now the result of decades upon decades of fiat currency and reliance on debt is finally being felt. The cultural decay is merely a symptom of that.
