oh boy my time to shine. I was in this same leaky boat once and carried on these habits into another life cause they work. first up, NO BIG MEALS and unironically avoid coffee as you crash too quick and end up more tired than you would be without it. try fruit instead. an apple will give you more bounce than a redbull.
breakfast will be the biggest and still won't be big. think protein and carbs. I meal prep chicken fried rice, meat heavy spaghetti or other pasta and it fits into a 500ml with plenty of room to spare. I always add feta for that extra protein and it works amazing with pasta dishes. nuke it for breafast and add that feta. if you're not still wanting more you ate too much you fat simple fuck.
lunch is usually a fish fillet, battered if possible. small portion. if I'm working, it's a 95gr tin of tuna in oil. fruit is mandatory too. Mandarins are natures meth.
Dinner: Greek salad.
it's ok to big a little hungry.
