After a fight it is extremely important to rest and recover. You need to take supplements such as Omegas and healthy brain food(there are experimental shit but leave that to the professionals) and REST. Even if you don't feel bad. REST a couple of weeks. If you got knocked out, you HAVE to take a YEAR off from contact training and fights.
Most fighters can't afford to do this so they mush their brains but anybody doing combat sports listen.
