M&M 2e, short game to make weird characters my group does between larger campaigns. Those games vary between PL 10 and 5, but I think this one was PL 15, full cosmic assault against an alien dictator.
I could probably find/rebuild the character, but the basics where superhuman strength and dexterity, toughness, some ranks of speed and leap, regen with a flaw so it only worked after I spent a few rounds in cover, a cobble mess of supersenses for the minimap, and two arrays, one of guns and one of secondary powers. He was under PL defense wise but on PL on attack and damage, relying on regen and no fucks given.
The gun array was his main thing, several damage options (rifle, shotgun, sniper, rocket launcher, minigun, flamethrower, silenced pistol), HL2 Gravity Gun, Portal Gun, TF 2 Medigun and something else that escapes me. Oh, and one sword, I think from Halo.
Secondary array was less powerful but included effect grenades, traps (indirect, triggered damage) turrets (summons), a shield for extra toughness. I don't think he had a cloaking device only because someone else had made a focused sneak.
He also had a few cheap powers and features like absorbing money and ammo from the ground through his feet and the ability to ping things for other people.
Backstory wise, he was literally a military nerd who wished to be like video game soldier so he could protect the country. The mistery of him and hundreds of people getting wishes granted as superpowers in a single night was part of the setting background and an easy power source.
Sometimes I think about doing a rogue-like shooter version (weirder weapons, dodge roll, weider power-ups, maybe share powerups with others) or metroid/megaman/shooter platformers (more mobility, less gun options). Maybe alternate universe version of him.
