He was definitely a ticking time bomb, taking Embrace of the Damned, Rival (2) and Mistaken Identity, then having to be the leader of a group who have been sent by the Camerilla to scout/spy on Anarchs and have to make some grisly decisions.
The other members of the group were a Toreador ex-stripper and Brujah motorcycle gang mechanic who was actually a massive pussy
. He was pragmatic enough to remove witnesses and send survivors back with warnings, but it definitely cost him.
He made a really well rounded character, had a good idea of where he came from, what drove him and was happy with the idea that his character was temporary even if his character thought he was eternal
He took Spirit Mentor and was using rituals to speak with his sire and access knowledge from the Chantry - he was the only member of the coterie with contact back to the Camerilla that wasn't a Nossie spy who they accidentally outed and subsequently abandoned them
and used that and a contact to his advantage.
He only really explored his Mistaken Identity by trying to use it to his advantage, heading to the police in disguise to pin the coteries crimes on his doppel - only to have one of the best scenes of the chapter, which his doppel working at the station and offering him a lift back, which he narrowly avoided with really crafty slight of hand Thaumaturgy. is there anything better than telling a player the dominate didn't take?>>85590189
Lower is mechanically easier to stop going down, but when the spiral starts it becomes much harder to climb back up - plus even if you're not a social character it becomes difficult; you're still in a world interacting with kine, the signs of lower humanity betrays you to other kindred too.
