stop booking thru 3rd party websites. if you book directly with a hostel we can move, change, cancel etc your booking no problems. its always faggots who book thru some dodgy chinese site like bookme or hostelworld that complain cuz now they're subject to that website's cancellation policy, not ours. in some cases if you book thru like hostelworld or airbnb, we're not even allowed to change your room
