It's a good idea to have all your camera work and scenes planned out before you begin shooting, that way you don't waste time on set, especially considering how many big names there are in Marvel movies and how much salary they expect. You don't want to waste days paying 30+ A-listers to stand around while you figure shit out.
But at the same time, those previs shots should be planned by the director and other crew (cinematographer, stunt coordinator, etc.), not by execs in suits, to allow each movie to feel unique and stylised by who you are hiring. If your movies are that planned in advance, you may as well not have a crew on set.
Plus, the planning of every shot may scrub away some magic that you would only get by improvisation.
