Are you aware that Monroe was doing MKultra experiments with said sounds? He worked at the university and used in on the students. I wouldnt touch this shit and I dont know why it doesnt get said more.

yeah. their document about the gateway process was a really interesting read. i especially liked their explanation of how universe works and how you can contact forces beyond our comprehension using extreme focus which you can gain by practicing meditation using those tapes. made a lot of sense to me even though i didn't understand it completely if that makes sense. guess i should read that report again.

I wouldn't call it a project but a set of techniques they have been using for a long time, part of that comes from the times of ancient Egypt if not earlier. Project implies they just created it and did tests.

Falling asleep to it is fine, but the Monroe tapes work. My astral projection rate when up ten fold when I started listening to them. Remember to space the tapes, I find listening to one lesson per week works the best. Also don't forget to sleep on your back, astral projecting is more likely if you sleep on your back

Just finished Discovery 1. It was nice, but I feel like I missed a thing or two.

I would listen to a lot of other guided meditations with back against a wall and sitting crossleged on the floor with a mat so I would fall asleep so I basically was doing that when I was doing hemi synch/gateway as long as you can get confortable in that postion its do able but I would not recomend longer then one gateway session. Unless you have mastered siting in that postion 40 miniutes to an hour is my limit before I gotta stretch. I prefer doing any mediation this way so I don't fall asleep but I have even gone unconscious in this postion.
